Welcome to Photonic Nanomaterials and Biomedical Imaging Lab!
Our group focuses on developing novel photonic nanomaterials and imaging technologies in a special optical window called short-wave infrared (SWIR; 850-1700 nm). We especially are experts in single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and SWIR optics. We enjoy the fun of discovering new sciences and use them to solve important issues that are important to humans. Currently, cancer detection/treatment and quantum computing/communications are the two big fields that drive us to devote our efforts.
